FAB exists to give female Founders, CEOs & MDs the kind of honest, unfiltered peer challenge that drives better decisions.  Every element of how we operate, from how we curate our members to how we design each session, is built to deliver a measurable return on your investment.

Samantha built FAB from the first principles of drawing on her own experience as a business leader and the clear gap she idenitified in the market for a rigorous, commercially focused peer advisory model built specifically for female business leaders.  Today FAB is the UK’s leading peer advisory organisation of its kind, with members collectively leading some of the most ambitious businesses in the country.

Commitments

When you join FAB, you devote yourself to five commitments to help you succeed. 

FAB sessions are not optional extras in your calendar.  They are where the value is created.  Every member commits to showing up prepared, fully engaged and ready to contribute.  When everyone is present and invested, the quality of challenge in the room is exceptional.

The most valuable conversations in a FAB session are the ones that take courage to start.  Members bring their real challenges, the ones they can’t discuss with their team or their board, knowing they will receive direct, honest, impartial input from peers who have no agenda other than your success.  

Every FAB session is structured to deliver fresh commercial insight.  From peer experience, curated agendas and specialised speakers.  Members commit to bringing genuine curiosity to every meeting and to actively implement what they learn into their business.

Accountability is the mechanism that turns insight into action.  Your Chair tracks your commitments between sessions; your peers hold you to the standards you set in the room.  This structured accountability is one of the most commercial valuable aspects of FAB membership.  It is also one of the hardest things to find anywhere else.

The quality of every FAB board depends on every member bringing their full commercial experience to the table.  Members are selected not just for where they are in their business journey, but for what they bring to others.  The collective intelligence of a well-matched group consistently exceeds what any individual could access alone.

FAB believes in a world where human beings are seen as equal regardless of one’s gender identity, race, sexual orientation, or disability. But even now, inequality is still prevalent. For years, we’ve fought for senior leadership roles in business. We’ve watched major decisions made on boards with no diversity. It has to change. 

FAB provides a safe, secure space for women to learn, grow and share. We’re creating small, incremental breaks to the status quo. Every female leader we empower leads to more women at key decision-making tables, paving the way for future generations and beyond.
