Between sessions you meet each board member in person for a 1-1 every two months, tracking their commitments and accelerating their progress. You’ll also attend two annual events with the full FAB Alliance.
FAB provides full Chair training through the FAB Academy, ongoing support, and a proven session framework. The structure is built, your job is to bring the commercial authority and the direct challenge that makes it exceptional.
